Bulova went all out with the Senator models and this one is no exception! The brushed gold-tone case is in good condition, with an engine turned bezel surrounding a gold centered dial. Funky neon green and gold indices match the quintessentially Seventies club hands. You may have noticed I'm a fan of cone second hands and this one is in perfect condition! Finish it off with a 21,600v/h, 23 jewel 11AOACB self-winding movement (with pull-crown quickset date function) and you've got Bulova's highest-grade model of 1970's.
The case has average age wear, with the light shearing around the case reverse that cushion cases usually develop. The crown has plenty of grip, and the caseback is in fine condition as well. A new crystal was installed during the overhaul and it looks amazing. The Senator comes on new old stock US made leather bands with the oversized strap keeper that was so popular during the era. Overall, this is one eye-catching Bulova Senator! Grab it while you can!
