A 1960s Clebar watch with a beautiful, black 24 hour dial. Featuring a 17 jewel calibre ST 1686 movement that has been inspected, fully serviced, and timegrapher regulated to ensure accuracy.

From Clebar, world-renowned crafters of precision chronographs and yacht timers, comes this exquisite timepiece! The solid, stainless steel case (33.8mm excluding the crown) is in good condition for its age, with light to average age wear. Silver Gothic numerals surround their 24-hour counterparts. The immaculate black dial is perfectly preserved beneath the brand new Germanow-Simon crystal I installed during the overhaul. The lume is 100% intact on both of the Omega-style Daupine hands and the elongated sweep second hand adds a touch of elegance as well. The crown has ample grip and it winds and sets easily.

Inside the incredibly sturdy case, the ST 1686 movement is clean and properly lubricated. With a high amplitude and nominal beat error, it keeps time accurately, as you'd expect. The watch comes on new, US-made lizard grain leather bands that accent the dial nicely. I'm a huge fan of Clebar watches (as you may have noticed) and this one ticks all the boxes. It's sure to quickly find a place in your rotation!

Please note that all mechanical watches, including automatics, require occasional winding in order to function properly. The watch will be well packaged and shipped out within one business day and tracking information is always included. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask prior to purchase and I'll reply promptly. Thank you for looking and have a great day!
