A 1947 Bulova "Montgomery" pocket watch with a robust 15 jewel 17AH movement that has been inspected, fully serviced and timegrapher regulated to ensure accuracy.

The 10k gold plated case is in fine condition with light age wear. The pale cream dial has one imperfection near the 9 o'clock marker, otherwise, it's clean with unique Bavarian indices. The Bulova logo is crisply legible and the elongated Gothic hands are a lovely polished gold. The crystal is clear with one light scuff near the 11 o'clock marker. The crown has plenty of grip and the watch winds and sets easily. The matching 10k gold plated caseback is in excellent condition, with very minimal age wear.

Inside, the 15 jewel 17AH movement keeps time with great accuracy, thanks to the application of appropriate Moebius lubricants and a brand new mainspring. With an amplitude just north of 300°, it's good to go for years.

The watch comes on an aftermarket fob. Bulova pocket watches were slim, tactile, and very stylish. They're phenomenal conversation starters every time they make an appearance!

Please note that all mechanical watches, including automatics, require occasional winding in order to function properly. Thank you for looking and have a great day.
