1928 Bulova Surrey Watch with Original Case

An impeccably preserved 1928 Bulova Surrey antique men's watch, featuring a 15 jewel 10AN movement that has been inspected and timegrapher regulated to ensure accuracy.

Here's something you don't see every day! A 1928 Bulova Surrey with its original bracelet *and* case! The white gold plated case (26.5mm excluding the crown) is in extra-fine condition, with intricate engraving encompassing the entire bezel. The dial is in great condition for its age, the blue steel cathedral hands are gorgeous, and the large Arabic numerals are easy to read from a distance. The crown has plenty of grip and the watch winds and sets effortlessly. The caseback has a beautiful inscription.

The 10AN workhorse movement is keeping time accurately. The micro-adjustable deployant clasp bracelet deserves a paragraph to itself; finely engraved to match the watch, it appears delicate but is surprisingly robust and comfortable. The watch case and bracelet have been ultrasonically cleaned and they brilliantly reflect sunlight. The rich, mahogany velvet case is in incredible condition for its age and is likely the very reason this watch has been so well-preserved. Overall, this is truly a rare find; a fully serviced '28 Surrey with its original bracelet and case! It's bound to make one collector very happy indeed!
